Yes! April, and no fools! March went so very fast! It is still quite warm here. We have had the warmest summer I can remember, and very little rain. But they say we have enough in our reserves for the agriculture. That is good! Our mountains got some snow but with the warm dry sun, it melted off quickly.

Bob did make one quick trip down to Pedregal, on the plains above the Majes Valley. He was able to help some of the believers there who were having some struggles. They still do need prayer though, as do all our believers! Thanks so very much for praying with us!

Bob spent most of the first half and a little more of March fixing the van. He has decided not to sell it - and truthfully he cannot find another one that he likes as well, and would serve him as well. So the van got overhauled. Bob spent a lot of time getting parts for it and all, but we are thankful it is done. It was expensive, but the Lord provided for it! There still is something in the steering that needs replacing, but it can wait a bit, and Bob is happy with his dear old van.

Some good news! God has provided for us to be able to finish the second floor of the school building!!! This really is wonderful! We really need the space for our over 160 students! Yes, we are growing! And we know the most important is the building in these lives! God has given us some real dedicated and good teachers, and a good spirit of unity in them and in the students so far. Prayer always is needed for these areas. The enemy does try to get discontent sown in people when God is blessing. So we must not lower our guard. Yet we are truly thankful! We had a very precious and meaningful Holy Week program last Wednesday. Each class from 4th grade on up acted out part of the events in the Lord Jesus's last week on earth. 3rd grade had a song. I helped 5th grade with the Triumphal Entry. The high school had some moving numbers on the Crucifixion and Resurrection, really good! A few parents came but mostly it was for the students! And a real opportunity to present the meaning of it all. Really, it was a blessing. How we pray the whole year will be this way, and we do know the Lord will provide more opportunities with these precious ones He has entrusted to us. Thanks so much for praying for us. As to the building, we still lack for the third floor, and trust the Lord to provide for this too in His time. For now, we are rejoicing in His provision for the second floor. Again, thank you so much for praying and sharing for this Christian school! Please keep on!

Here at our main church we had a real blessing too, the end of March. A dear couple, believers with us for over 35 years, celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary. Not too many golden anniversaries anymore with our society and homes falling apart. Yet this was a testimony for most of their unsaved family members who were here, over 120 of them! Saturday was a ceremony for the family and Sunday afternoon for our church people, with others invited. Also over 120! Bob preached and Bob and I sang, and at the end we sang Great is Thy Faithfulness, because even though 50 years married is a testimony to faithfulness, the Lord's faithfulness is for all eternity. What a thrill to remember this!

Well, now we have guests in our apt. again, the Wenger family is here and their children have hepatitis and they have not been well for a long time. They labor up in Velille, but need some time here to get medical treatment and rest. Pray for them too, please.

Thanks for praying for the workers who do take the Lord's Word to the areas around. We thank the Lord for supplying for them and thank you for your prayers. We continue to pray for leadership here in our main church especially. We need godly, prepared leaders filled with the Holy Spirit. Thank you for prayig for us in this, too.

Thank you so much for standing with us here in praying and sharing. We trust you will have a blessed Resurrection Sunday, again remembering all the Lord has done for us and our real hope of being with Him forever. May many more come to know Him!

Many blessings for you all, Noél for us
