Hi dear ones!

May was a fast month, even though it was long! It started out still real warm here, but by the end of May it was cold, and now, one week into June, it is really cold! Our mountains got a late snow and kept their "ponchos" (snow caps) as it froze hard then, so that is nice, even though it is the dry time now.

The Mother's Day program at school was a testimony and blessing. It went well, in our new auditorium, but, the new auditorium seems too small!! It was full! No way to extend the auditorium, but we hope to be able to purchase smaller chairs some day. We have to use the auditorium now for computer lab as we don't have the second floor all done yet. They are working on it; shouldn't be too long,DV. We really need to see the funds come for the third floor. Thanks for praying with us. The school is a blessing, really, but a real challenge too. Today's youth are challenging! But we have the responsability to reach them for the Lord. Teaching and preparing materials keeps me way too busy. I get behind and need the strength to keep going. I do love doing this, it just is a lot with everything else!

God gave us a real nice break in mid May. We got to spend almost 5 days up in Chiclayo with dear missionary friends who payed for our trip up there and treated us like royalty! Thanks again, dear Relyea's! The weather up there was just perfect, even by the ocean. Really it was a marvelous break. We did have a week off from school, which was also needed after testing, grading, registering; two very late nights.

Then Bob had a good trip to Espinar, where he was able to encourage the believers. He keeps busy preparing materials, teaching, and discipling here but does want to keep getting out some to the outlying churches. We've also been visiting. A dear brother from Charco, in Yanaquihua, has terminal cancer. He was one of the first believers in his town and now is responsable for the work there. But he is here in treatment, so the work there is without leadership now. Do pray for them. This brother, Jacinto, wants to go back to Charco. But he gets really strong pains and future is not sure for him. Others have needs too. There are so many who need visiting and encouraging. Today we had an all day wedding! And more weddings are planned. We are glad for these dear ones, and help them all we can in forming godly homes. The school is really having a good part in this. Several are coming to church because of the school, and desire to help their children stay on God's pathway in life. Quite a challenge, opportunity, and blessing! Thanks so much for praying for us in this too. The days in which we live are not easy for our youth. So much violence, lack of respect, etc. in the world. We had the parents meeting here in the church again as the auditorium is being used for classes, especially computer courses. The meeting was a blessing and Bob spoke to the parents on the need to really communicate with their children, from very young all the way through their adolescent years. A young Christian psychologist from our church is helping in counselling with the higher grades at school, and also teaches 10th grade Christian Formation. Again, thanks so much for praying for us and standing with us. You can visit us on the website: www.bobandnoelrich.com Thanks so much for all you share with us too! May God richly bless you!
