Hi, dear family and friends!

Well, welcome 2011! And we trust you will have a fruitful and good year, all of 2011. We had a good watchnight service here Dec. 31, lasted till way past midnight but we are seeing the Lord work in lives. There are a few families here with us that are really growing in their faith and helping in the church. These are our future leaders. Bob's weekly meeting with them, Bible study, prayer, and discussion of church needs has really helped prepare them. This will continue, D.V. each Monday afternoon that Bob is here. Thanks for praying for this need, of godly, prepared leadership here.

Also, we had a good closing ceremony for our school year. The Lord was glorified. Several of the families from the school are coming to church too, and this is a blessing. Please keep praying for the not quite Christians among them, and also the music teacher, Roberto, who comes Sunday mornings. He is seeking the truth, well, believes we have the truth, but needs to get a personal hold on the Lord. Thanks for praying for him.

Please also pray for the right teachers and students for the coming school year starting in March. God is providing for the construction of the high school building, for which we are very very thankful! Now please help us pray for the construction in lives - both in the students and the teachers. Our desire is to help reach this generation for the Lord and disciple them into solid believers who will be fruitful in winning others too, through the school. Thanks so much for praying and sharing for this. We do still pray God will supply sponsors for some of the needy children who we would like to help come to the school. Some have 2 parents, others only one, but cannot afford without help even our lowest school fees. We do have to charge some so that the teachers can be paid. Thanks for praying!

God also supplied for Bob to buy a used ambulance. There are many things that need fixing on it however. Now it is getting the gear box changed. There are other things too, but we trust it will in the end be a useful tool for the Lord's work here. Thanks so much for all you have shared for this too! We praise the Lord for you and for His supply!

We had four days by the beach, and some meetings in the agricultural center a couple hours from Arequipa. This is a growing center and we have a small group of believers there. Bob will be going down Wednesday evenings for Bible studies with them. We have seen Spiritual and numerical growth in God's family here with us and are very thankful. Please continue to pray for us and the Lord's work here. Truly the Lord has been very good to us this past year and we trust we can continue to serve Him here.

Thanks again so much, and we pray you will also have a very blessed and fruitful 2011!

God's richest blessings for each of you, Noél for us
