Well, not quite, but in some parts of the world it is truly April! Anyway, it will be here in a few hours. Our weather here is still like summer! Really nice, and it does still rain some - a lot on the mountains, but some here in the city too. We are thankful we have enough water for the year in our reserves.

Last month I mentioned several who are ill here, and one brother who was in a wheelchair, hospitalized because of a stroke and he had to have a tracheotomy to be able to breathe. Well, he was indeed getting better, but just a couple weeks ago had another massive stroke. Well, he is now with the Lord, and completely well! His wife, though very Roman Catholic, wanted us to do the funeral and truly it was a blessing and a testimony to his family and friends.

We miss Hugo here, he had a real testimony of how the Lord had changed his life and given him a purpose for living. Please help us pray for his family. One of his wife's sisters is very interested in knowing the true Gospel. She has been a few times to a small group Bible study held in one of our couple's homes.

There are other interested folks here now too. Some are from Christian families but have not made their own personal commitment to Christ. Hopefully at least one of these will be baptized April 21, our "Easter". Thanks for helping us pray for these new believers and for growth in all of our churches and believers here.

As to Easter, yes, at school we are preparing for it. We have a program Wednesday of Holy week, where primary and secondary students act out the last week of our Lord's life here on earth, and His crucifixion and resurrection. We pray it will be a testimony to all the students especially, and the families who come too. Our holidays here are Thursday and Friday. We pray each of you will have a blessed Easter season remembering all the Lord did for us.

Bob also had a trip up to the Colca canyon for a meeting of the leaders from the different churches in that area and some other areas too. It was profitable and encouraging. Please do help us pray for leaders in all of our churches, for their personal growth and walk with the Lord and their families, and then the people whom they are responsable for. Thanks!

Our worker, Teodoro, is some better, he still is traveling all he can and sharing Christ, encouraging believers, etc. Thanks for helping us pray for his health. Also for our national workers, Joel and Esther, and their new little baby boy, working in the Asheninka tribe in our Peru jungle area. They have had real heavy rains this season making it difficult for them to go out visiting in the communities of Asheninkas.

Thank you so much for your prayers for us and all you share with us. May God richly bless you this season and always. Our support address is:
